Providence, RI  – The Taylor Group of RPL Commercial has leased 750 square feet of retail space at 302 Lockwood on the West Side of Providence. The lessee is Marks of Identity, a distributor of body art supplies. It is a two-year net lease and with a price of $9.60 per square foot. Michael Gray is the proprietor of the new business.

According to Nelson Taylor of the Taylor Group of RPL Commercial explains, “When a new business is willing to sign a multi-year lease, we see this as a positive sign in the marketplace.” The property still has another unit for lease. It is a 2,200 square foot garage or workspace unit with 13 foot ceilings.
