Providence, RI November 4, 2009 – Residential Properties Ltd. conducted a course for its agents on the Mortgage Approval Process for Condominium Units today. This on-going training focused on the new FHA rules included in the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) of 2008.

The course was conducted by Steven Tetzner of Homestar Mortgage, and was held at Residential’s Providence office. “Our goal for the training is to educate our agents, who represent condominium projects throughout the state which would be affected by the new regulations, so they can best represent the properties to potential buyers and to assist sellers of those properties.” stated Libby Isaacson, COO of Residential Properties. “We want to make sure that we represent the properties effectively, and though the regulations are the responsibility of the lender, it is important for our people to know how the rules will be interpreted.”

Residential Properties holds regular training sessions at it offices to help agents stay up to date on regulations and best practices in the Real Estate industry.
